Site Rules:
01. The act of registration at this site is an agreement to obey all rules, policies, procedures and guidelines while also respecting all recommendations by any member of the team.
02. This service is offered to you free of charge on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Any use of the DarkJB.com constitutes an agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.
03. Distribution in any medium of any part of the Website including but not limited to User Submissions without DarkJB.com's prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
04. Access to user submissions or DarkJB forum content through any technology or means other than the pages of the Website browsed through a web browser, will not be tolerated.
05. DarkJB.com will perform maintenance services as per the requirements. User acknowledges that such maintenance may require downtime. DarkJB.com will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime whenever possible but cannot guarantee such a notice every time.
06. Donations do not guarantee theis website's longevity. Donations enable the administration to maintain the server load. All donors will be given honorary VIP status as a thank you from the team for helping us maintain this server load. DarkJB.com can at any moment be removed without notice.
07. The language of this forum is English. All Posts must be made in English or a translation must be provided.
08. Members have 10 DAYS to make their first post. Everyone must post either pics/vids or at minimum, comments on others' posts. Noncompliance of this rule WILL result in an effective ban of the account. We also expect members to post regularly, otherwise the account permissions will be reduced.
09. It is your duty and social obligation to Report (through the use of the report post tool or via private messages to any staff team members) any content which does not follow the rules mentioned hereby.
10. All privileges given (including VIP Membership) can be taken away without warning upon decision by the administration. No appeals will be heard as these decisions will be final, if not, resulting in permanent, effective, bans.
11. Harassment, defamation, abuse, stalking, threatening or otherwise violation of any legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of any type will not be tolerated at any rate. This includes, but, is not limited to, harassment based on preference of gender, social status, preference of content distribution service, avatar, posting of personal information for any of the parties shared herein et cetera.
12. It is also agreed to not share any content which is known to potentially be of a hazardous type, containing any form of malicious software including but not limited to viruses, trojans, worms, backdoors, dialers, root-kits, corrupted files, key-loggers, et cetera. Following Rule 09, if any files of this nature are discovered, they must be reported immediately.
Content Posting Rules:
13. Sharing of any potentially controversial or illegal material will not be tolerated! All nudity is assumed to be of legal consenting age until proven otherwise.* See disclaimer. DarkJB.com has a zero tolerance policy on child pornography and will ban the submitter permanently as well as submit the registered IPs of the violator to the ASACP Organization without warning.
14. Age mentioning is not permitted, regardless of the context.
Mentioning Private informations e.g. Names, Adress or Phone Numbers is not permitted, as it is deemed to be a violation of any privacy or publicity rights of the model release and will be monitored in accordance with rule 11.
15. All content posts MUST have a preview of the hyperlinked content. This action ensures forum longevity as it will help the moderators to remove potentially hazardous and illegal materials(as mentioned above) immediately decreasing server load.

17. All topics containing content must follow the predetermined guidelines and contain an image(s) and/or a video(s). See disclaimer. All non-content posts relevant to content sections are not required to follow this format.
18. You must post threads in the appropriate category. We have categories for models, adults, themes, ethnic, pictures, videos, scene/emo, mixed and more. Keep the forum organised to increase its usability.
19. Not all recognized model websites are allowed. Avoid posting any content from
these sites (follow link).
Only legal adults from photo agencies are allowed in terms of nudity as they are known for disapproved material. Please, always consult the team if you are unsure about any of this content.
20. No early bumping/SPAM (The forum has a "Bump" button which will appear after some time.
21. Use of URL hiding (tinyurl, protectlinks, etc.) is permitted, BUT the use of paid link advertising sites is NOT permitted! We want to maintain our site as a clean user-friendly environment for our valued members. Warnings will be issued to first time offenders.
22. With the increasing popularity of file hosts that pay for downloads, the amount of fake/unwanted content is constantly increasing. We will not tolerate members who use this forum just for this purpose or in other words, SPAMMING , since it kills the experience for the rest of this wonderful community.
